30-Day Detox Diet

There are always new diets and ideas for diets being developed. One such diet is the Healthy Direct 30-day detox diet. Detoxing your body has become a well-known way to help cleanse your body while losing weight. It helps remove toxins from your system that can cause harm and damage. With this diet, you detox your body for 30 days.

Healthy Direct

With the Healthy Direct 30-day detox diet, the first step is to take two detox pills three times a day. The cleanse detox pills are a combination of all natural herbs and plant extracts. Some of the plant extracts in the cleanse detox pills are milk thistle, dandelion leaf, burdock, celery seed powder and green tea extract. There are other herbs in it as well that are known to act as natural diuretics and laxatives to help clean out your bowels. You will also find antioxidants to rejuvenate the body and help fight off illness.

The detox pills also contain natural ingredients such as spirulina, garlic powder, spinach powder and beetroot juice powder. This combination helps your body develop natural intestinal bacteria that aid in digestion and fight off bacteria. Because the liver is responsible for detoxifying the body, it needs to be as healthy as possible. You will find a probiotic, known as lactobacillus sporogenes. Lactobacillus sporogenes helps ward off bacteria.

For Stage 2, take two of the Healthy Direct Restore capsules three times a day for 15 consecutive days. Your treatment will then be complete. The Restore pills contain spirulina, garlic powder and milk thistle extract.

The benefit of this program is that the first step removes all the unwanted waste and sludge from your body, while Step 2 restores and strengthens your system. Losing all the sludge in your gastrointestinal tract helps you lose weight and strengthen your defenses.
