Having the motivation to do this in such few days takes dedication and perseverance, but if you stay with it you will be able to lose the weight in a short period of time.

    Get rid of the unhealthy junk food in your house. You do not need these items around to tempt you while on this weight loss journey. Make a list of healthy foods, such as fruits, vegetables, whole grain products, and the other items that are listed in "Things You'll Need." Buy them as soon as possible.

    If you don't own exercise equipment like a jump rope, go out and buy it. If money is tight, you can use regular household items, such as canned food items and/or a milk jug filled with water, for weight training.

    Have some water, which helps to quench the thirst, and fruit with either soymilk, lemon water or green tea for breakfast. The green tea helps suppress your appetite. As an alternative breakfast idea, try a smoothie made of fruit and soymilk.

    Now it's time for exercise. Doing high-intensity interval training is the best way to burn fat fast. Do short bursts of high intensity activities (sprinting, push-ups, anything that will wear you out for a bit) and then do active recovery (jumping rope or jogging). Use the stairs if any or a stepping stool to do step exercises. Do some weight training as well.

    After exercising, eat some small, healthy snacks. Drinking water plus eating helps to fill you up faster and will hold you over until your next meal.
