    The Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts offers an exclusively plant-based professional chef training program. Culinary students receive training in preparing vegan, vegetarian, ayruvedic, raw, and macrobiotic techniques and recipes. The extensive 900-hour chefs training program consists of 541 classroom hours, 174 hours of assisting, a 160-hour externship, and 25 hours of presenting a final cooking demonstration. Living Light Raw Foods Culinary School

    Focused on raw foods, Living Light Raw Foods Culinary School has a Gourmet Raw Food Chef training program that can be completed within 35 days. The training program includes a fundamentals course in raw foods, knife skills, nutrition, ethnic flavors, spa cuisine, and catering.
